Shahisthan is a small home-based cloud kitchen run by a mother-son duo. Our goal is simple: to serve food that tastes homely, comforting, and made with quality ingredients. Everything we serve is cooked the same way we cook at home — carefully, cleanly, and with a lot of love.

We’re not a big brand. Just two people who love cooking and decided to share it with others. A mother teaching her son, and a son helping his mother. Both putting their hearts into every dish that leaves the kitchen.

What Makes Shahisthan Different

• Made with Atta — dishes that usually require maida are prepared using atta.

• Natural Colour Only — we use Kashmiri chilli for a beautiful, natural red colour.
